What we collect

Only what you type into the order form: your name, email, phone number, and - if you'd like a piece posted - your delivery address. Plus anything you choose to write in the note.

Browsing the site collects nothing. There are no tracking scripts and no advertising cookies.

What we do with it

We use it to confirm your order, arrange payment, and get the piece to you. That's the whole list. We don't sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Your address is shared with the postal service when we send your parcel, because it has to be.

Payment details

We never see or store card details. Payment is arranged directly with you by bank transfer or in person.

How long we keep it

We keep order records so we can help if something goes wrong with a delivery, and because we're required to keep basic sales records. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we're obliged to keep it.

Message us at @rent_the_razzle or [email protected] and we'll sort it out. Quote your order reference if you have one.
